Dear Potential Camper,

Du Ballon Rouge, our TENTH annual weekend TS children’s camping program, is scheduled for Friday, March 23 through Sunday, March 25, 2012 and will be held once again at Camp For All in Burton, Texas.

CLICK HERE to download application forms, which we will need in order to reserve a place for your child at camp. Even returning campers must complete NEW application forms each year. There are 10 pages and a checklist, all of which must be completed and returned.

Please complete the forms and return to us as soon as possible. Mail us as many forms as possible, as quickly as possible, even though the Physician form will take a bit longer, as it must be dated within 8 weeks of camp. Your promptness will help ensure your child’s participation and also help us plan for a more successful weekend. Preference is given to returning campers, but places are currently still available for new campers. Notification of acceptance will arrive once ALL forms are received and reviewed, via a letter and program booklet.

Please note that the physician form must be signed within 8 weeks of camp, after approximately 1/28/12. Be sure to also include current immunization forms.

We look forward to a great weekend with your child. If, however, your child has attended in the past but is NOT attending camp this year, please let us know, either via email at TouretteTexas@aol.com or by phone at 281-238-8096 or 1-866-896-8484 so that we may open a spot for another TS child.
