This is the same woman who gave the great presentation on IDEA at the March meeting. 

NOTES ON APRIL MEETING:

We had an open discussion during our meeting on April 1.  The kids played dominos and created some cool artwork.

So far, we have made $248 from our t-shirt fundraiser!!!!  Once we sell the remaining shirts (and receive money for some of the shirts already sold) our net funds raised will be $468!!!!  Many thanks to everyone who purchased and/or sold t-shirts, and especially to Bill for getting us a good deal on the shirts and to Loli for having the idea, selling over 40 shirts and raising an additional $95 in donations!  All of the funds raised will go into our Austin account with TSA of Texas. 

I still have a few t-shirts that are available for sale:  5 adult large, 6 adult extra large, 2 youth medium and 2 youth large.  They are $10 each.  Just let me know if you would like to purchase them and I can mail them to you or give them to you at our May meeting.

Upcoming meetings:

In June, we will review some of the information I got from the national conference which took place last week.

In July, we will not have our regular meeting but will have a swim party!  More details to come soon.
